PETALING JAYA: Police were seen taking the mother of Zayn Rayyan Abdul Mateen, 6, to the location where his body was found in their investigations into the boy’s murder.
Tightly guarded by a group of police officers from the Selangor police headquarters, she was escorted towards the crime scene at 11.06 am today, where her son’s body was discovered on Dec 6.
The woman, dressed in lock-up attire, lowered her head as she got down from an unmarked police van that arrived at her residence of Idaman Apartments in Damansara Damai here at 10.15 am.
It is believed that the visit was for the purpose of re-enacting the circumstances of Zayn Rayyan’s disappearance until his body was found.
