A lot of things happened in 2020 causing us to miss our normal life and having to adhere to the new normal (read: face masks, social distancing, hand sanitisers) thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic.
One of the things movie buffs like us has to miss was going to the cinemas and watching a long list of highly anticipated films.
A handful of movies were eventually postponed; some even postponed thrice due to the closure of cinemas.
So, here’s a list of films that were postponed and scheduled to debut in 2021:
#1 ‘Black Widow’

Premiere date: 7 May 2021
#2 The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It
The third installation of ‘The Conjuring’ is finally back to haunt us this year, as COVID-19 was busy haunting us in 2020. Ed and Lorraine Warren are back with a new case and this time, it involves murder.

#3 ‘Fast & Furious 9’
The ‘Fast & Furious’ franchise isn’t dying anytime soon and if fans are still up for illogical scenes like cars flying off a cliff and landing in one peace, you can expect the film to return this year.

Premiere date: 28 May 2021
#4 ‘James Bond: No Time To Die’
Agent 007 literally had no time to die due to COVID-19, which was why the studio decided to pull the plug three times in 2020. This is Daniel Craig’s last movie as the titular character so it’s definitely a must-see for Bond fans.
