New Wong Poh in PJ is known for serving crab but it also has Guinness stout pork ribs, mantis prawns, and fish, among other decent tai chow dishes. They can run out of their popular items pretty quickly, so it’s best to head there early if you’re ordering in.

Green View Restaurant is one of those places that have been around for years.

This CNY, they’re offering sets for up to six people. Depending on which set you order, there are prawns, crabs, fish, and more. Their signature, however, is the sang har mee, which customers can’t seem to get enough of because of the fresh prawns.

Fatt Hei Len is a tai chow gem in Cheras, popular for its signature dish – claypot fish with wine. The restaurant is really well-known, so it’s best to head there early if you’re planning to tapau food home.
