KUALA LUMPUR: Human capital management (HCM) solutions and technology provider Ramssol Group Bhd, has launched new upgrades for its employee engagement mobile application, Feet’s, with a strong subscription base.

In a statement today, the company said the five upgrades for Feet’s emphasise content personalisation and employee advocacy features with gamification capabilities.

These upgrades include avatar customisation, personality tests, peer challenges and exchange of ideas through Quest, interactions through the Celeste chatbot, and upgrades of HighFive, the employee recognition system.

In addition, Feet’s is also the first employee engagement mobile application with in-app integration with Zoom.

Ramssol chief executive officer Cllement Tan said the new upgrades coupled with the Zoom video conferencing facility provide valuable and cutting-edge tools that help nurture employees.

“Following the successful integration with Zoom features, we believe this partnership will offer a more robust user experience and at the same time, help boost the user adoption rate.

“The upgrades coupled with our focus on marketing Feet’s will enhance our competitive advantage in the human resource (HR) technology space to boost subscriptions substantially not only in Malaysia but also open up an opportunity for us to expand our business presence regionally,” he said.

Tan said to date, Feet’s has 25,000 total subscribers.

“I trust that these new upgrades will strengthen our unique advantage in the market and contribute significantly to expanding Feet’s user subscription regionally,” he added.

Feet’s was designed by Ramssol’s in-house research and development team in 2019 to foster relationships among employees while promoting effective communications and cultivating a healthy work environment.
